The public example
The interactive example processes your message in your browser using rules and templates. Downloading an example record saves a file on your device.
Enquiries
When you use a contact form, your name, email, message, consent and any optional business or industry details are stored through Netlify Forms so Calvren can review and respond. The form records the page or workflow that led to your enquiry to help us understand which information is useful. Enquiries can also be copied into Calvren’s private workflow inbox in Netlify Blobs. When AI processing is enabled, the contact name, company if supplied, business type and message are sent to OpenAI to prepare an internal summary and reply draft for human review. The email address is used for responding and is not included in the AI prompt.
Client feedback
The client insight form stores your name, company, email, role if supplied, the workflow, your experience, any results you share and your permission choices through Netlify Forms. Feedback is reviewed privately. Written feedback and the identity you permit us to use are considered for publication only after verification and permission checks. Reviewer email addresses are kept private.
Your publication choice
Permission to publish client feedback is optional and separate from consent to review your submission. You can ask to change or withdraw publication permission by emailing Jordan. Submitting a review does not create an automatic public listing.
The marketing enquiry inbox
The private inbox is for the authorised site owner. Enquiries are saved before AI draft preparation so they can be reviewed or retried if the provider is unavailable. The owner can also add enquiries received elsewhere with permission to process them. A reviewed draft is a saved record. Opening an email draft is a manual handoff to the owner’s email application; the workflow does not send emails, book appointments or write to an external CRM automatically.
Client lead conversion
Configured client automations store lead details, conversation history, qualification answers and appointment information in Supabase. In live mode, relevant business settings and conversation details are sent to OpenAI to prepare replies. Consenting SMS leads use Twilio, appointments use a shared Google Calendar, and business notifications use Resend. A request for a human or an SMS opt-out pauses automatic replies. Each business must agree consent, access, retention and deletion arrangements before accepting real leads.
The separate lead-to-booking demo runs a simulation in your browser. Use fake details: it does not send real messages or create real appointments.
Hosting and fonts
Netlify hosts the website and may process technical information needed to deliver and protect it. Fonts load from Google Fonts. Calvren has not added advertising trackers or visitor analytics.
Access, corrections and deletion
Contact Jordan Wong at Jordan.wong1177@gmail.com or 236-988-8283 to ask about access, corrections, deletion or review publication permission. Records are retained only as needed for the enquiry or agreed business purpose; archiving a workflow record does not delete it. The owner can export and permanently delete inbox records. Original website submissions in Netlify Forms are separate copies and must also be deleted there when appropriate.
Information to leave out
Please avoid confidential client records in the public enquiry and feedback forms. Each business should agree information handling, access and retention requirements before importing client data into a configured workflow.
